Live Free Foundation Terms of Ministry
For the purposes of the following, the “Live Free” means the Live Free Foundation and members of the team both individually and collectively who provide the ministry.
Acknowledgements
I understand that:
The Live Free ministry is provided as a non-profit making service.
Live Free offers no guarantee or certainty as to the success or benefit of the Live Free ministry; and
The Live Free provides the Live Free ministry free of charge and are not professional counsellors or medical professionals. To the extent that they are, they do not provide the Live Free ministry in their professional capacity.
I confirm that:
I have requested and will attend the Live Free ministry session based on my own initiative and free will.
I am under no obligation to attend the Live Free ministry or to accept or consider any advice analysis or comments whatsoever made by the Live Free Team.
My physical and mental health is entirely my own responsibility and not that of the Live Free and they are not obliged to take on any responsibility for me in this regard; and
It is entirely my responsibility and my decision whether or not I initiate and or maintain appropriate contact with medical professionals during/after receiving the Live Free ministry.
The Live Free Foundation asks that I do not record any of the Live Free ministry session and I agree to this condition.
I agree and confirm that I will hold the Live Free Foundation harmless in respect of any liability loss or damage arising as a result of or in connection with the Live Free ministry.
I understand that to the fullest extent possible the Live Free Foundation exclude all liability in relation to the provision of the Live Free ministry and I agree that this is reasonable in the circumstances.
Confidentiality
The Live Free Foundation agrees to keep confidential all matters that arise or are discussed during the Live Free ministry sessions except if they are required by law or internal safeguarding policies to make a disclosure. These brief details of areas covered will be stored securely and accessed only if you come back for a second session to assist the leader.
We (the Live Free Foundation) will use your information only for the purposes of the Live Free bookings and Live Free courses. Your information will be shared exclusively with the Live Free ministry leader and administrator.
At any time, you have the right to have your details removed. Please contact us by email at hellow@livefreefoundation.org.uk if you wish us to do this.
